I gave her control, and I am so thrilled that I did. She is the PRO!! She was able to reel me and give me raw feedback that made sense from her professional experience. The day of our wedding was perfect even when we ran into hiccups. We had a little rain, but it was just enough to make things steamy and gross. This messed up having cocktails in the gardens, but she handled that situation with ease and guests didn't even know the difference. Katie ran a tight ship and made sure everything went smoothly. Everything was perfectly streamlined.
Every vendor was dialed in, and execution was phenomenal. The decor was absolutely stunning. My breath was taken away the moment I stepped into the chapel. I could not believe that is where I would be married to my best friend. The reception, OMG! KATIE NAILED IT!! I wanted a timeless, elegant theme and I am confident that I will look back at these photos for years to come with zero regrets. Scott & I had numerous guests tell us that our wedding was the most beautiful and fun wedding they have ever attended. That was our goal and Katie made that happen! THANK YOU KATIE & THE KATHERINE BLOOM TEAM FOR MAKING OUR DREAMS COME TRUE!

There is no one That I will ever trust as much as I do this woman to run the show. Katie coordinated my wedding at the Estate on the Halifax on 11/19/20 and she did an incredible job! Despite the rain, and some minor setbacks with hair and make up, she did her best to bring us back to schedule and made sure our entire event went smoothly. Thank you so much Katie. You hold such a special place in our hearts!.
It's hard to answer the question of "what do I recommend about this business" literally it's everything.
Katie was my right hand woman in every decision made. From her ideas, and her organizations, to her decor, every single aspect of my wedding went by with out a single hiccup. If you don't hire her as your wedding planner that will be the biggest mistake you could ever make. We had an outside reception and it rained but somehow she worked her magic and still made our night just as magical and just as beautiful as if it had never rained at all.
Her kindness and big heart will make you feel like you're with an old friend. She kept me calm, cool, and collected through out her whole wedding process and even my groom and his groomsmen in line and on time! (Which is really hard I must say!) I wish I could write all the wonderful things about Katie and her business but we'd be here for days, but I will say this. Thank you Katie...from the bottom of my heart for making Jordan and I's day so magical. You are truly an artist and the perfect wedding planner.
I had two months to plan a wedding and I couldn't have done it without Katie. Every step of the way, she was there to help me coordinate every detail and put together the perfect decor
to fit my dreams. Working with her felt like getting together with a friend to plan the perfect celebration. The day of the wedding she made sure everything ran smoothly and was there
to help with damage control when things arose.
I honestly couldn't imagine anyone else being my coordinator! The amount of time, effort, hard work,running around, and attention to detail all while juggling our schedule and making sure everyone from the bridal party to the guests were taken care of is astounding to me and I am forever grateful for her! No matter how big or small the occasion, no matter how crazy the ideas, and no matter if you have two months or two years to plan, Katie is the perfect match for you! Also, she works perfectly alongside the Estate on the Halifax so if that is your idea for the venue, she's a must have!

Katie is the best! She is so organized and so sweet and will make wedding planning and the wedding day a breeze. She really gets things done and always always makes sure it's the
way you want them. So glad I had her as my coordinator.
Katie is absolutely phenomenal at her job, and such a genuinely kind human. I don't even know where to begin this review as there are about a million good things I could say about Katie. We initially planned our wedding in Las Vegas, but with covid, we moved it to Florida. With just 3 months to plan, I was of course anxious, but Katie assured me it would be fine - and it was more than fine, it was even better than our Vegas plans! She was able to take very broad direction from us for decor and turn it into the most beautiful vision (and all within budget).
She also did coordination for us which is a MUST HAVE for all brides!
We were able to enjoy the time leading up to the wedding and the day of knowing that Katie had all the details worked out. She calmed me down when it ended upraining the day of and she is the ONLY reason I didn't cry that day. I would recommend Katie over and over again for all the wedding decor and planning needs. 10/10 stars if I could!!
Oh Katie! Where do I even start?!?! We hired Katie as our decorated and for our wedding planner. Katie is just amazing. I'll start off by saying that. She dealt with me being crazy and I'll admit, a little Bridezillaish! But not once did she slow down or make me feel like our wedding would not be perfect!! And let me tell you, it was perfect!!!! My wife and I just got married in November and Katie helped us every step of the way! I am SO happy and thankful that we found Katie! She responds so quickly, she is so professional, her details were AMAZING, and as a person she is just the sweetest! We would sit in her office and after we talked about the things we wanted for the wedding, we would sit there and talk like old friends. On our wedding day, things went off without a hitch! I don't know how she did it!
Not one time throughout the day did I feel stressed or anxious because Katie was on top of her game!! Her attention to detail, how easy it was to change things last minute, and how hard she worked to make sure our wedding was perfect did not go unnoticed. I have had so many of our guests tell me that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to and we could not have done it without Katie! Katie, we're still serious about the girls trip!! When travel is back open, we're going to an island!! We can not thank Katie Bloom & Company enough for making all of our dreams come true! Give Kona girl a big hug and kiss from us!
