I literally can’t say enough how great Katie is! We had to plan our wedding so fast due to us having our daughter in June and the amount of stress that was lifted off me and my husband’s shoulders was amazing. Every one of our guests were amazed on how smooth everything went as far as the coordination, and then the flowers and decor was everything we dreamed it would be. If you need an amazing florist or coordinator I swear her and her team are 100000000% worth every penny! There’s not a single thing they missed, lacked in or couldn’t fulfill for us! OMG, I cannot even express how wonderful Katie is. I have her to thank for making my wedding day the most beautiful day imaginable. It was even better than anything I could have expected. Katie is so kind, patient, and detail oriented. She put my husband and I at ease throughout the whole process of planning and then on the day of. She even helped me breathe and calm down during a moment I had when I was feeling overwhelmed! She is seriously the sweetest. During the planning process, she walked through everything in an organized fashion. She was super transparent with pricing and helped us reach a decor package that was in line with our budget. We had recently moved from Colorado to Florida and she surprised us with a snow machine outside at the end of the night to make us feel at home! I have never worked with a more considerate person. I have done events with Disney, was a wedding planner assistant in Chicago & was an event manager after receiving my BA (emphasis is event management). I say this because I believe I was qualified to plan my own wedding (we all think so), but I would have missed out on one of the biggest days on my life.
Katie allowed for me to be grounded and focus on what truly mattered! She took so much off of my plate, the day would have been incredibly stressful and disorganized without her. The KBC team executed my wedding day from decor to support from top to bottom! My entire wedding party and guests commented “these girls are killing it!” multiple times throughout the day and they absolutely did.
The venue/catering was short staffed for my large wedding, so one of the KBC team was bartending from 6-10 just to make sure our guests were served, completely above and beyond! They truly care about what they do and are very friendly and professional. Because of them, everything went so smoothly and they were able to quickly resolve any mishaps we had without me losing focus on what mattered most.
